With more than 150 buildings completed to date, Welcome Group is one of the largest industrial developers in Texas. We specialize in site selection, design, and the planning and development of infrastructure including streets, utilities, detention, mitigation measures, and fire suppression systems.

BUILD-TO-SUIT
For new properties, our build-to-suit development methodology is driven by strategic partnerships with design-build firms. This collaborative approach allows us to secure, design, and construct facilities tailored to specific operational requirements, including layout, scale, amenities, and specialized infrastructure. This is particularly important for manufacturing and other specialized uses, where facility design directly impacts efficiency and long-term performance.
We deliver many of these projects alongside KDW, our design-build partner, whose in-house architects and builders work under a single contract to take a facility from design through construction — keeping quality, cost, and timeline aligned from day one.
