Welcome Group’s Cody Smith Named Houston Business Journal Best CFO Honoree

Since joining Welcome Group as CFO in December 2023, Smith has played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation and supporting its continued growth across Texas and the Southeastern United States. He has led efforts to enhance financial reporting, improve forecasting and capital allocation, and implement systems and processes that allow the organization to operate with greater clarity and efficiency.
