Ted Kakambouras serves as Acquisitions Director for the Southeast Region at Welcome Group and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisition opportunities across the Southeastern United States. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has played a key role in expanding the platform’s presence throughout high-growth manufacturing and industrial markets.

Kakambouras brings a diverse background spanning acquisitions, asset management, brokerage, and institutional real estate advisory. Prior to joining Welcome Group, he held roles at Colony Capital, Cushman & Wakefield, and Brookwood Financial Partners, where he participated in the acquisition and disposition of more than $300 million of office, industrial, and multifamily assets. His experience also includes managing the recapitalization of a $720 million value-add commercial real estate fund and advising institutional separate account clients on acquisition strategy.

He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Merrimack College. He is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and remains involved in the Greek community.
