Ryan Wasaff serves as Director & Head of Leasing & BTS Developments, and is responsible for the firm’s leasing activities, build-to-suit and design-build projects, land acquisitions, and development execution across the platform.

Wasaff joined Welcome Group in 2000 and brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning industrial leasing, development, and tenant advisory services. Throughout his tenure, he has completed more than 10 million square feet of transactions totaling over $1 billion in value, contributing significantly to the growth and leasing of the company’s industrial and manufacturing portfolio.

Prior to joining Welcome Group, Wasaff was a landlord leasing representative at TCP Realty Services, where his team oversaw more than 5 million square feet of office space. In addition to his professional experience, he has long been active with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and remains involved in several civic and community organizations throughout Houston.
