Strategic move supports continued expansion across Texas and the Southeast
HOUSTON, TX – March 24, 2026 – Welcome Group, a leading commercial real estate investor and developer, today announced the relocation of its headquarters to a newly designed 18,455-square-foot office on the 12th floor of 515 Post Oak Boulevard in Uptown Houston, a premier office tower in the heart of the district.
The move reflects the firm’s continued growth and operational expansion in recent years. During this period, Welcome Group expanded the size and diversity of its portfolio and extended its geographic reach beyond Texas into the Southeast U.S. The company has also more than doubled its headcount, making the new headquarters an important step in supporting the firm’s growing portfolio. Today, the firm owns and manages over 9 million square feet across 115 properties in five states, with additional development projects underway.

The relocation also keeps the company in Uptown Houston, a neighborhood it has called home for nearly three decades, while providing a modern workspace aligned with its long-term strategic vision.
Operations will transition seamlessly, with all existing phone numbers and email addresses remaining unchanged.
