Elan Britt serves as Corporate Controller at Welcome Group and oversees the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and treasury functions across its expanding real estate platform. She works closely with executive leadership to support financial planning, operational oversight, and scalable reporting processes throughout the organization.

Britt brings more than 15 years of accounting and financial management experience across real estate, construction, and corporate operations. Prior to joining Welcome Group, she held leadership roles overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and process implementation for growing organizations and complex operating environments.

At Welcome Group, Britt plays a key role in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure and supporting continued growth across its portfolio and operating platform. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and is based in Houston, Texas.
