Craig G. Wilson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Welcome Group and is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and portfolio performance. He oversees the execution of the company’s investment strategies and business plans across its operating platform.

Wilson’s responsibilities include supervision of property management, construction, leasing support, capital improvements, and vendor management, with a focus on operational consistency and tenant performance across the portfolio. He plays a key role in translating investment strategy into execution, ensuring alignment across development, construction, and asset operations. He also serves as a joint venture partner in KDW, supporting construction execution and delivery across the firm’s development pipeline.

He brings more than 40 years of experience in land development and more than 25 years in industrial real estate. His tenure reflects deep operating expertise across cycles, supporting disciplined execution and long-term asset performance.
